SR2 Solutions, LLC
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
SR2 Solutions, LLC ("SR2 Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information that we receive through our websites, software, mobile applications, and services.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may process, how that information is used, when it may be provided to service providers, and the choices available to you.
Different SR2 Solutions products and services may process different types of information. Where a product has privacy practices that require additional explanation, those practices are described in a product-specific section of this policy.
Information We May Collect
Depending on the product or service you use and the information you choose to provide, SR2 Solutions may collect or process information such as:
- name, company, and job title;
- contact information, including email address, mailing address, and phone number;
- information you voluntarily provide through forms, email, support requests, or other communications;
- transaction or service information necessary to provide products or services you request;
- technical information associated with access to our websites and online services, such as request timestamps, network information, requested pages or service endpoints, browser or application information, and security or diagnostic information; and
- other information necessary to provide a particular SR2 Solutions product or service when that collection is disclosed to you.
We seek to limit the information we collect to what is reasonably necessary for the operation, security, support, and improvement of our products and services.
How We Use Information
Information we receive may be used to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and support our products and services;
- respond to inquiries and support requests;
- process transactions or provide requested services;
- maintain the security, integrity, reliability, and availability of our systems;
- detect, investigate, or prevent abuse, fraud, security incidents, or technical problems;
- maintain appropriate business and operational records;
- improve our products and services; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may send service-related communications when necessary to provide or support a product or service. Marketing communications, when used, may be declined or unsubscribed from as provided in the communication.
Sharing and Disclosure
SR2 Solutions does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may provide limited information to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, host, or deliver our products and services. These providers may process information only in connection with the services they provide and are subject to their own contractual, legal, and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, or a lawful request from a government authority; to protect the rights, property, or security of SR2 Solutions or others; or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
SR2 Intelligence
SR2 Intelligence analyzes suspicious messages, images, documents, links, email content, QR codes, and other content that you choose to submit. The app may process content locally on your device. Some optional features may send selected content to SR2 Solutions and a third-party AI service for cloud analysis, as described below.
On-Device Analysis
When analysis is performed on your device, the app may extract text and other evidence, recognize text in images, check links against threat-intelligence data, and use supported on-device AI features. Those local processing steps do not, by themselves, send the content to SR2 Solutions.
Optional Advanced Cloud Analysis
If you choose to enable or request an optional advanced cloud analysis feature after reviewing the in-app disclosure, the app sends the selected information needed for that analysis to SR2 Solutions through an authenticated connection. Depending on the input and analysis path, this may include message or extracted text, security findings, URLs or other evidence, and an image supplied for analysis. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. If you do not use the optional cloud feature, the app uses the available local analysis path instead, subject to device and feature availability.
SR2 Solutions processes this information to provide the requested analysis, enforce access and usage limits, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service reliability. The request is forwarded to a third-party AI provider, currently OpenAI, for model processing. The provider may receive the submitted text, image, or other request content and related technical information. Its processing, abuse-monitoring, and retention practices depend on the applicable account configuration, contract, and current provider terms. A request setting such as “store: false” does not by itself establish that all provider retention is disabled. SR2 Solutions does not promise that provider or network logs contain no submitted content or are retained for a fixed period.
Cloud analysis requires an installation session. The app establishes a session using installation authentication, and SR2 Solutions uses the authenticated installation and server-side records to authorize requests and apply usage limits. These security credentials identify an installation for service access; they are not, by themselves, proof of a person’s identity or a subscription. Protect your device and do not share account or session credentials.
Subscriptions and Usage Limits
If you use paid features, Apple processes App Store purchases through StoreKit. SR2 Solutions may receive and verify signed transaction or subscription information from Apple to confirm eligibility, associate an eligible subscription with an installation, and provide account or service access. SR2 Solutions does not receive your full payment card details through StoreKit. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy terms.
Cloud analysis usage is subject to the applicable plan and server-side allowance. The current service allowance is up to 3 successful analyses per UTC calendar month for Free access and up to 1,000 successful analyses per verified subscription month for Pro access; annual subscriptions use monthly allowance periods. Failed or unsuccessful requests are not intended to consume a successful-analysis allowance. Allowance and operation records may include installation or account references, time period, request status, and usage counts. Plan details and limits may change and the app will show the applicable terms.
Apple Private Cloud Compute
On supported Apple devices and software versions, an eligible analysis may use Apple Private Cloud Compute (PCC) when that optional Apple processing path is selected or used by the app. Depending on the analysis, information such as extracted evidence, findings, or an image may be sent from your device to Apple’s PCC infrastructure. Apple processes that information under its then-current privacy and security terms. PCC is a separate Apple service and is not SR2’s advanced cloud analysis provider.
Analysis History and iCloud Synchronization
SR2 Intelligence can save analysis history locally on your device. Saved reports may contain extracted message or OCR text, URLs, domains, email addresses, phone numbers, email header information, findings, interpretations, and other information derived from the submitted content. Save History is enabled by default. The default retention setting is “Never,” so saved history is not automatically deleted unless you choose a supported retention period. You can turn off Save History, delete individual reports, or clear all saved reports in the app. Automatic cleanup occurs when the app runs and has an opportunity to apply the selected setting.
iCloud Sync is enabled by default unless you turn it off. When enabled and iCloud is available, SR2 Intelligence uses Apple's CloudKit service to synchronize saved analysis-history records across your Apple devices and store them in the private CloudKit database associated with your iCloud account. These records can include the saved report information described above, report timestamps, summaries, and analysis-method information. Availability depends on your iCloud account, device settings, network connection, and Apple's services. History synchronization is separate from optional Advanced Cloud Analysis.
You can turn off iCloud Sync in SR2 Intelligence Settings. Changes to the sync mode take effect the next time the app launches. Turning it off does not itself delete your local History or records already synchronized to iCloud. Local History saving is controlled separately by Save History.
Deleting individual reports or using Clear All History removes records from the app's active History store. When that store is using iCloud Sync, deletion changes may also synchronize through CloudKit, subject to Apple's availability and synchronization behavior. If sync is off, deleting local History does not establish that previously synchronized cloud copies have been removed. Disabling sync, deleting local History, or deleting the app does not guarantee immediate removal of all copies from iCloud, other devices, or backups. Apple's service behavior and your iCloud and device settings also affect retention and deletion.
Original screenshots and imported files are not included in saved reports, though information extracted from them may be. When supported system features such as the Share Extension pass content to the app, it may be placed temporarily in private shared application storage for processing. The app is designed to consume the handoff once or remove stale temporary content.
Threat Intelligence, Service Logs, and Network Providers
SR2 Intelligence may connect to SR2 Solutions infrastructure to retrieve application configuration, perform authenticated account or eligibility checks, submit an optional cloud-analysis request, and obtain signed threat-intelligence data. Threat-intelligence matching is performed on the device; individual URLs, domains, IP addresses, messages, files, or other evidence checked locally are not sent to SR2 Solutions just for a threat-intelligence lookup.
Requests to SR2 Solutions and its network providers may create operational, security, and diagnostic records. These may include request time, service endpoint, response or error status, app or protocol information, installation or account references needed for authentication and usage accounting, and network or proxy information such as an IP address. Cloudflare provides network, security, and proxy services for portions of SR2 Solutions’ infrastructure and may process technical request information to provide those services. Logs and provider records may be retained for operational, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. Exact fields and retention periods depend on system configuration and provider practices; they have not been specified as a single fixed period in this policy.
Advertising, Tracking, and User-Directed Sharing
SR2 Intelligence does not include advertising or cross-company behavioral advertising. When you export or share a report, the information is provided to the app, service, person, or destination you choose and is then subject to that destination’s privacy practices.
Security
SR2 Solutions uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
SR2 Solutions retains information under its control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining security and operational records, resolving disputes, and satisfying applicable legal or business requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service involved. Routine infrastructure and security logs may be retained for operational and security purposes.
Information stored locally on your device is generally retained until it is deleted by you, removed according to application retention settings, or removed when the application or its data is deleted, subject to operating system and backup behavior. SR2 Intelligence also provides the private CloudKit History synchronization described above. Turning off synchronization does not itself delete previously synchronized records. CloudKit synchronization, device backups, and retention or deletion of Apple-held copies are subject to Apple's service behavior and your iCloud and device settings.

Some information used by SR2 Intelligence is stored only on your device or in your private iCloud storage and is not held by SR2 Solutions. In those cases, SR2 Solutions may not possess the information necessary to access, retrieve, correct, or delete that data on your behalf.
