These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, applications, software, online services, and other services provided by SR2 Solutions, LLC ("SR2 Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), including sr2solutions.com and SR2 Intelligence (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.sr2solutions.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our websites, applications, and services.

SR2 Intelligence

SR2 Intelligence is a security analysis tool designed to help users examine potentially suspicious digital content. Depending on the device, operating system, configuration, and features available, SR2 Intelligence may use deterministic security analysis, locally stored threat intelligence, on-device machine intelligence, and supported Apple services such as Private Cloud Compute to analyze content and provide informational findings.

SR2 Intelligence is intended to assist users in evaluating digital content. Its findings are informational and are not a guarantee that any message, link, website, file, document, communication, person, organization, or other content is safe, legitimate, fraudulent, malicious, or free from threats.

Security analysis is inherently imperfect. SR2 Intelligence may produce false positives, false negatives, incomplete findings, or conclusions affected by incomplete, misleading, unavailable, or newly emerging information. Threat intelligence may also change over time. You should independently verify important or consequential information using trusted sources before taking action.

You should not rely solely on SR2 Intelligence when making financial, legal, medical, emergency, law-enforcement, personal-safety, or other consequential decisions. If you believe you are facing an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis

Some Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analysis, or third-party computing services to assist in interpreting information. Automated or AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

SR2 Solutions does not represent that AI-generated or automated analysis is error-free or that it can identify every scam, fraud attempt, phishing attempt, malicious link, security threat, or other harmful activity.

User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for content you choose to submit to or analyze using the Services and for ensuring that you have the right or lawful authority to use that content for the intended purpose.

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. Except as necessary to provide the Services or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy, these Terms do not grant SR2 Solutions ownership of your submitted content.

You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of another person, unlawfully access or intercept information, distribute malicious software, harass or threaten others, or facilitate fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.

Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with or provide access to services, websites, software, data, or infrastructure provided by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability, accuracy, security, and operation are outside our control.

References or links to third-party services do not necessarily constitute an endorsement by SR2 Solutions.

Apple App Store

Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold. Unless SR2 Solutions provides a separate end-user license agreement for a particular application, use of an application obtained through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable Standard End User License Agreement and App Store terms.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, graphics, logos, text, documentation, reports, interfaces, and other materials provided by SR2 Solutions, are owned by SR2 Solutions, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or an applicable license agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Services or their software.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of SR2 Solutions trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand elements.

Availability and Changes to the Services

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of the Services from time to time. Features may depend on device capabilities, operating-system versions, network connectivity, geographic availability, third-party services, or other technical requirements.

We do not guarantee that every feature or service will be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Accounts

Some SR2 Solutions services may require an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or Service when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, SR2 Solutions, or third parties; to address suspected misuse; or to comply with applicable law.

Purchases and Paid Services

Certain Services may require payment or may offer paid features, subscriptions, professional services, or other purchases. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund policies applicable to a purchase will be presented at or before the time of purchase or established in a separate agreement.

Purchases made through a third-party platform, including an application marketplace, may also be subject to that platform's payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms.

Professional Services

Cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, investigations, software development, vulnerability assessments, and other professional services performed by SR2 Solutions may be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, engagement letter, or similar document.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning those professional services, the separate written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SR2 SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SR2 SOLUTIONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED, OR THAT SECURITY ANALYSIS, THREAT INTELLIGENCE, AUTOMATED ANALYSIS, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SR2 SOLUTIONS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Electronic Communications

When you communicate with us electronically or use our electronic Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically when permitted by law. You agree that electronic notices and communications may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing Law and Venue

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not subject to another applicable agreement shall be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security or legal risk, or when suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect SR2 Solutions, our users, or third parties.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable separate written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services with respect to the matters addressed here. A separate written agreement for professional services, licensing, or other services may supplement or supersede these Terms as expressly provided in that agreement.
